Pelley Dr/Marcie Dr Area Sewer Project

• located on the following streets:
  • Panna Lane between Timothy Lane and Judie Drive
  • Judie Drive between Panna Lane and Marcie Drive 
  • Marcie Drive between Judie Drive and Pelley Drive
  • Pelley Drive between Marcie Drive and east cul-de-sac
• scheduled to commence the week of February 26, 2024
• project consists of excavating to replace approximately 1,150 feet of sanitary main sewer and approximately 200 feet of storm main sewer
• contractor is Fabrizi Trucking and Paving, Inc. 
• sewer excavation will take approximately 3 months to complete
• pavement will be restored in the trench area 
• street will be resurfaced within the limits of work.
• We ask for cooperation in observing all traffic regulations and following detour signs.
