This project consists of replacing approximately 290 ft of existing combined main sewer on Brookside Boulevard, installing approximately 650 ft of storm catch basin relief sewer on Brookside Boulevard north of Courtland Avenue, installing approximately 640 ft of storm catch basin relief sewer on Tyler Avenue between Brookside Boulevard and West 130 Street, and installing approximately 50 ft of storm catch basin relief sewer on Courtland Avenue east of Brookside Boulevard.

Located on the Following streets:

1. Brookside Boulevard north of Courtland Avenue
2. Tyler Avenue between Brookside Boulevard and West 130th Street
3. Courtland Avenue East of Brookside Boulevard
    

• Work scheduled to commence the week of November 4, 2024.
• Project consisted of replacing approximately 300 feet of sewer and installing approximately 650 feet of catch basin relief sewer on Brookside Boulevard north of Courtland Avenue, installing approximately 640 feet of catch basin relief sewer on Tyler Avenue between Brookside Boulevard and West 130 Street, and finally installing approximately 50 feet of catch basin relief sewer on Courtland Avenue east of Brookside Boulevard.
• The contractor is Fabrizi Trucking and Paving, Inc.
• Sewer excavation will take approximately 3 months to complete.
• Resurfacing within the limits of work will occur in the spring of 2025.
• Please observe all traffic regulations and following detour signs.
